Marlborough Chamber of Commerce is working along Queen Charlotte
College in Picton to organise this event for their Year 7-9 students.
WHEN: Monday 20th and/or Tuesday 21st May
Time 12-3pm
WHERE: Queen Charlotte College, Picton
At an Inspiring the Future event, our young people hear from volunteer
role models in their communities, learn about a variety of different jobs
and why people love doing them, as well as their pathway and
challenges faced along their career journey.
For the role models who volunteer to take part,
Inspiring the Future is a rewarding opportunity to give back to your
community and be seen as a positive role model for our young people
in Marlborough.
WE NEED YOUR HELP
This would involve a max of 2-3 hours of your time plus travelling time
to and from Picton.
ROLE MODELS - THAT‘S YOU!
We are looking for role models for either one afternoon or for both
afternoons. Alternatively, you may have family, friends or colleagues
working in Picton that may be interested.
If you would like to be involved or know sometime that could be
interested, please contact:
