NADP provides a platform for interactive
learning in line with Kolb's theory which states
“learning is the process whereby knowledge is
created through the transformation of KOLB'S
experience. Knowledge results from the LEARNING
combination of grasping experience and
CYCLE
transforming it.” NADP brings various
interactive techniques like Cases, Simulations,
Role Play, Management Games, etc. to the class
room.

Nature is the greatest of all teachers. NADP
has been conducting 'Out-bound Learning'
where it takes the participants to the wilds for
adventure training which results in self-
discovery, rejuvenation and self-learning.

through simulations, games and role plays are
critical to instil the competence of creative
thinking, communication and problem solving.

popular business game in enterprise
simulation, in all aspects of management.
