GANESHA IDOL MAKING COMPETITION

The buzz around Ganesh Chaturthi on this Pandemic Situation we started to maintained an

eco-friendly theme for this festive decor with clay. This year is no different; just that the

festivities will be much subdued. Unlike every year, We will not be bringing the idol from

the potters. nor would be making a long list of puja essentials to be procured from the

market. Instead, Students have spent half their day to make their own clay idol two days

ahead of the festival.

"We had some leftover clay at home which we used to make the idol with the help of Art

lessons on this Topic. We have decided to use whatever we have at home for the decor.

This time, all the native plant species in my terrace garden will be used to make the

'Ganesha in a forest' theme," says One Student
