It all began here at the British Driving Society Annual Show
at Windsor Great Park in the late 1970's.
We had just begun Carriage Driving as our family hobby having found that
three in the family sharing one large pony did not lead to a great deal of fun!
At the same time, our very experienced Dales Pony Cross was teaching us to
drive. Drive Horses that is!
We saw this dog with its carriage at Windsor, and were very impressed. We
were hooked! Mrs Marylian Sanders Watney very kindly helped Ruth with
advice on training working Dalmatians.
