Is the internet valid as a source of information than books?

In this new generation which is the 21st century, many technologies are invented that’s

why we are called the paperless society because many technologies present today. People can
create a technology that can be used by the people in their daily life. With this technology,
people will easily accomplish their tasks but back in the 19th century that technology has not
been very well introduced people should make their effort to do their task and accomplish it.
All of us especially the students are struggling in our studies so with the use of the
internet and books we can solve our problems. But there is also the bad side of the internet, not

all information is reliable, unlike the books. Some information on the internet is not factual and
can edit by anyone so students can get it and they don’t know if the information’s that they
search on the internet is reliable or not. Also, some website needs to be pay to access and get the
information. Technology affects our health, when a person always used technology it will be
possible to affect his/her eyes because gadgets like cellphone, laptop, the tablet has radiation that
can harm our health. Some people used internet to bully someone. On the other hand, there is

also a good impact of the internet, students can easy to search for their assignments by using
their cellphone, laptops, and tablet, or any devices that can help in their studies. It can save time
for students and it cannot be a hassle they just only click the search bar and then they will type
the words or sentences that they want to find, and they can get the information or answer. While
on the books the students will go to the library or the bookstore to find the best books that
matched the question that they want to find the answer. Also, they need money to buy a book so
that they can get the best answer to their question. Lastly, some books are outdated, and the
learners can’t use them and cannot help them. But there is also a good impact on a book as a
source of information. All the books are valid because they are in the process of publishing.
Before the author wrote a book and published it, they need to research to support their details so
that it can be valid, and people used it as a reference. Nowadays, some students rarely used
books as a reference or source of information because it’s hard to find books that help in their
study. Students often used the internet because they can easily get information because there is a

lot of websites that can get information and it is also updated.
To sum up, we should know how to utilize the use of technology we should know how to
use it properly. We should not abuse in using technology, because it is invented to make our life
easier and can help to communicate with our family and friends. We should know how to
maximize the use of technology so that it cannot affect our health and make life meaningful and
productive.
