CYAA Classic’s at the Cruising Yacht Club of
Australia (CYCA) Great Veterans Race May
2019
Our CYAA Sydney member and owner of Caprice of
Huon reported the event went off in great style.
Meaning it was a wild affair on Sydney Harbour when
30 knot south westerly’s kicked in.
For the record in winds she was set up for Caprice of
Huon, a Robert Clark design, took out the Division
One Windward Trophy. She finished two minutes
ahead of Love and War and Kialoa. Phillip Brown’s

Anitra V was in the finisher mix with a creditable 5 th
place.
