CYAA 2024 Winter Series Race 5 on Port Phillip waters                           15th July 2024

              What can you say?                                                                                                        Looking over the results, on page six, some close and notable  spinnaker
                                                                                                                                       based battles for  over the finish line times were recorded..
              Little wind to talk of and the classic’s completed a race.!! Take a look at
              the committee boat flags. Only a whisper.                                                                                Corrected times across the minor race five placing were interestingly

                                                                                                                                       The sail of the day goes to the ex Sydney to Hobarter, Akala. Her on
                                                                                                                                       course elapsed time in light winds performance time was less than the
                                                                                                                                       division one boats.  To arrive home before the ex Sydney to Hobarter’s
                                                                                                                                       and Admiral cuppers, Mercedes III, Mercedes IV and  Boambillee is a
                                                                                                                                       feat that sustains today’s classic yacht racing.
