Pa ages such as Revelation 13:7 and
20:9 also discu the presence of saints
in the midst of the Tribulation, which
lends suort to the idea of a post-
                      tribulation rapture to “mt” Jesus.

We don’t know if these “saints”
                                                           converted during the Tribulation or
if they are “saints” who entered into
the Tribulation. Either way, there wi‡
be saints alive during the Tribulation.
            People who hold to post-
         tribulationism also point out that
throughout history the people of God
     have experienced intense persecution, so
we modern-day fo‡owers of Christ may
not be exempt from the Great Tribulation.

                                                             The pre-tribulation counter to this

                                                              chapters 6-18 which covers this
                                                                    time of tribulation.

In Ma’hew 24, Jesus speaks of His
second coming at the end of the
        tribulation, saying it wi‡ haen
“after the tribulation of those days.”
Paul ca‡s it “the day of the
     30 30 Lord” in 1 The alonians 5.
