FORRC is a non-profit 501 (3) (c) organization
dedicated solely to the welfare of the Red Rock
Canyon National Conservation Area. FORRC
manages the Information Desk Volunteer Pro-
gram and provides both volunteers and funding
for projects including environmental education
programs, teacher workshops, natural resource
protection, cultural resource monitoring, hike
programs and other services. Annual member-
ship is $10.00 General meetings are held four
times a year; Board meetings are held on the
second Tuesday of each month at Sahara West
