COUNTER ROTATE EXTRUDER

20 mm twin screw counter rotate extruder has variable barrel
desing such as 20 L/D and 22 L/D. If necesarry, the extruder can
be redesigned between 22 L/D and 32 L/D. The barrel is
designed as four pieces and is resistant to high temperatures.
Every zones’ heaters works by its own socket. This makes it
possible to redesign the screw and barrel configuration for the
best mixing and dispersion.

Extruder and cooling strain unit is designed on a single stand. Designed testing with as little raw material as possible. Allows the
processing of valuable polymers by its small value.
CONTROL PANEL
Extruder control panel is designed for easy use. The screw and feeding’s revolutions can be adjusted,
head’s pressure and other parameters can be seen by 10' standard touch screen. The values in the
formulas can be saved to the device memory. By the way, you can call the formulas stored in the
memory by typing their number or name and get the machine ready for use. Extruder electrical panel
is located at the bottom of the table.
SPECIFICATIONS
– The film unit is tension controlled.
– The rollers are speed controlled.
– The rollers are (3-pcs.) stainless steel and water-cooled.
– The pulling rollers' height is adjustable and made of rubber material. (Rubber hardness is 90 hrc.)
– The winding system has torque controlled lining system. The films' tension can be controlled.
– The Chill Roll roller's height and speed can be controlled.
– The thickness can be adjustable between 0,2 mm and 1,5 mm.
– The width is between 2 cm and 5 cm.
