Baylor Scott & White Health’s new
Administrative Service Center has a unique
design that features two 125,000 square
feet floors, that blend into the Deep Ellum
landscape. The design incorporates light
monitors and light wells within the roof to
bring natural light into the core areas of the
building, and incorporates communicating
staircases between levels 4 and 5 to provide
connectivity of the space and people.
The design provides great accessibility
between all levels of the building with the
monument stair extending from Level 1
to 5. A kitchen and dining area on the first
floor and a coffee bar on level two provide
in house food service, a variety of coffee
offerings and additional collaboration and
meeting space for the occupants. The large
multipurpose room on the first floor provides
a large volume space for large meetings and
events. The large covered courtyards on the
north and south sides of the building provide
the occupants with additional event space,
dining areas and collaboration space all with
WIFI connectivity.

The project is located next to the DART rail
and near many great restaurants in Deep
Ellum. The project will be a transformative
project to the area as well as for Baylor Scott
& White Health.
