                                                                                                                 was ready for a new facility, yet not a
                                                                                                                 new hometown. When selecting a site
                                                                                                                 that could meet all of their needs they
                                                                                                                 looked across the freeway to KDC’s
                                                                                                                 Hidden Ridge development. Staying
                                                                                                                 in Irving allowed Pioneer to keep a
