Legacy West, a 240-acre mixed-use
project, is located on the southwest
corner of the Dallas North Tollway
and State Highway 121 in the Dallas
suburb of Plano, Texas. The mixed-use
development consists of corporate office
space, the Renaissance Hotel, a high-
end shopping center with an abundance
of restaurants, retail and entertainment,
and over 600 apartment homes. KDC
has completed four corporate build-to-
suit projects in Legacy West for Toyota,
Liberty Mutual, JPMorgan Chase and
FedEx Office.
