                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               distributor in the U.S., SRS realized
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               that they were quickly outgrowing
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               their current headquarters location and
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               needed a larger facility to accommodate
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               that growth.  They selected a site within
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               the Hub 121 mixed use development
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               located at the intersection of  Alma
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               and 121 in McKinney, TX, next to Craig
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Ranch.  With future restaurants, retail,
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               and entertainment facilities planned,
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               the site provides the activated use that
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               SRS envisioned for their new home.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               SRS’s new headquarters will be a LEED
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Silver facility with an adjacent structured
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               parking garage, a portion of which is
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               paid for by the City of McKinney as an
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               incentive for SRS.
