Peña Station NEXT is a 22-acre mixed-
use development in Denver where
KDC has partnered with landowners
to develop over 1 million square feet
of office space. Located at the first rail
stop from Denver International Airport,
Peña Station NEXT offers state-of-

throughout a vibrant, connected live,
work and play community. Currently
home to Panasonic CityNow, Pena Station
also offers 218 multi-family housing units
with an additional 600 multi-family units
with ground-floor retail currently being
planned. The development is also home
to the 226-room Hyatt Place Hotel.
