• Local residents.
• Local Brokers (we market extensively to other real estate brokers).
• Florida residents and Brokers (more purchasers come from Florida than any other
location in the United States).
• Key luxury residents from other States (some of the largest feeder markets for
Naples include Chicago, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and California).
• Key luxury Brokers from other U.S. locations including Palm Springs, Los Angeles,
Silicon Valley, Manhattan, Chicago, and others. Note that billionaire buyers can
come from a variety of locations, as evidenced by some of the sharks on Shark Tank:

o Kevin O’Leary – Toronto, Boston, Miami
