b everly Alberts of Tropical Glass Design of Naples completed the carved etched and colored glass

throughout the house and guesthouse. Artistic work is evident on the elevator glass doors, the master
bath skylight, master rose window and the glass adorned tree in the cabana bath. Artisans Guild
completed the work on the interior of the elevator.

The powder room offers a Florida flavor; Nanette Dion and her fabulous team at Trompe L’Oeil painted the
imaginative mural and ceiling treatment. They added French plaster, Trademur and faux finishes to the walls,
trim and ceilings throughout Villa Vista. The antique sconces and chandelier add to the whimsical ambience.
Zeluck Windows crafted the beautiful mahogany windows and doors throughout the residence. Sunmaster
installed the custom hidden storm shutters to protect the home from nature’s elements.
