Overview

Thermo Fisher University (TFU) on iConnect is your home for all professional learning and development at Thermo
Fisher. Through a wide array of resources and opportunities, TFU enables our colleagues around the world to achieve their
career aspirations and development goals at Thermo Fisher.

Behind the scenes, TFU on iConnect is powered by the Learning Management System (LMS), which contains e-learning

courses, registration links for live training, and other learning materials that require tracking, such as annual Ethics
training. TFU on iConnect organizes resources and learning assets for easy browsing, and for most trainings will link directly

to the TFU Learning Management System.

Navigation Tips

• Access the TFU Learning Management System directly by clicking “View My Required Training” or “Search in Learning
Management System” from the TFU home page

• Take control of your career with the Careers in Motion sub-site – choose “Develop Myself” or “Develop Others” (some
users will be re-directed to the Colleague Service Center)

• See the Learning Catalog, which breaks up resources into easy-to-navigate categories

• Notice the two tabs in the center of the home page: How Do I (topics most searched for) and Resources

• Expand Local Learning in lower right-hand corner for training pertinent to specific groups and functions
