Alex Pacey

Alex is a father of two beautiful girls, Amelie and Lola, husband to Peita and currently lives with his family in Sydney.
But in his spare time, Alex is PHD Australia’s National Head of Planning. In this role, Alex is ultimately responsible for driving the Planning product across PHD Australia. In his 18th year in media, he has been lucky enough to work in scary, crammed, challenging, diverse London before relocating to sunny Sydney.
In this time, he has driven teams designed to deliver innovative Comms solutions across multiple major clients, such as GE, 20th Century Fox, The Commonwealth Bank, Coca-Cola, Vodafone
and Unilever. Having spent most of his career in independent agencies, Alex made the move back into multinationals with PHD in 2014. As a planner at heart, only one look at SOURCE helped him realize he had made the right choice.
Dallas Gurney
SparkPHD New Zealand
Dallas is the general manager of Spark PR & Activate. It is the media relations, activation
and content arm of PHD New Zealand. In this role, he leads a team of ideas gurus, events specialists and communications experts to drive increased sales and brand metrics for both local and international clients.
In his previous life, Dallas was a broadcaster, journalist and the general manager of New Zealand’s number one radio station, Newstalk
ZB. There he spent years managing some of the country’s biggest broadcast personalities and running a team of more than a hundred journalists, hosts and producers.
Dallas lives in Auckland with his wife Donna and cat Lola.
