Leo: Trying to be more creative and embracing change will make our work more interesting than ever. To be curious about industry trends and trying to apply these trends to my work with adaptive solutions really feeds my personal creativity.
Lily: China is a special country, and sometimes local culture is the breakthrough point. You certainly need to pay attention to media trends and industry events as
lots of new media platforms or dissemination methods can be found there.
What advice would you give
to PHDers looking to enter upcoming PHD’s Light Awards?
Aza: This might sound a bit cheesy, but the darkest hour is that before the dawn. Keep moving, you will find your sunshine!
Lily: Monitor industry change and try your own way to change your own idea for your campaign. Keep curious, and find out what your clients and consumers really need.
Kevin: It is actually quite simple... Keep learning, keep going forward.
Leo: Stay curious about any industry and market trends. Embrace any changes and think a bit more on how to bring these changes into your media strategies.
Mark: I also have a bit of a cheesy one, but it is so true: Uncommon thoughts lead to uncommon plans. Think weird.
Kiki: Don’t be stuck in the past, dare to break through, the future will be more beautiful.
Christine: There is always a solution behind the objective and business goal — and the harder you think the more likely you will Find A Better Way...
