INTRODUCTION
Our recipe book is a collection of traditional recipes
from the partner countries involved in the Erasmus+
project “Interactive Calendar in Europe” (Bulgaria,
Greece, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Turkey).
It includes 18 recipes, three from each country,
guaranteed to take you on an unforgettable culinary
adventure.
