Idea 23 - Go with the flow
The managing director of a chain of theme pubs told me 'A single creative act
generates a stream of other creative acts.' Don't get too staid and fixed in the offer-
ings you take to market. You will be surprised, when you have got going a bit, to
find yourself going into situations that you did not envisage in your plan. As long as
you know that you can offer a first-class service, take on some different things. Some-
times the flow can take you into new sources of revenues and new product markets.
