COMBINED ORDER
QUANTITY PRICING: Order more than one product at a time and receive Combined Quantity
Pricing for each respective item. Imprint copy must be the same on all products
Example: Order 6 Desk Diaries & 500 Pocket Planners with the same imprint
Receive 500 quantity price for each
OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS: Stock items are subject to 5% over or under ordered quantity.
Custom printed items are subject to 10% over or under ordered quantity.
All orders will be billed accordingly. $25.00(x) charge for exact quantities
PRODUCTION TIME: Stock Items: 7-10 working days
Custom Items: 6-8 weeks; Approximately 4 weeks from proof approval
CUSTOM ITEMS: Minimum quantity is 1000 pieces. Call or fax Customer Service for quotation.
To ensure holiday delivery, orders must be received complete by October 1st
RETURNS: Require prior authorization from Customer Service
No Returns will be accepted after 90 days of shipment of product

Artwork sent on disk or via E-Mail is preferred. Please follow these guidelines: Below are the programs and formats
needed for artwork to be accepted on disk or via e-mail. NOTE: We cannot access artwork sent in any program other
than the ones listed below. Sending artwork in another program will slow down the order process. A Purchase Order
Number must be included on your E-Mail.
Macintosh or PC files:
• Adobe Illustrator 11.0 or lower saved as a black and white EPS file with all fonts created to curves or outlines.
• Adobe Photoshop file saved as a Tif file extension or a bmp or bitmap file extension with a resolution of 300 dpi minimum.
• Artwork must be sharp, clear, black and white bitmap files with no screens, shading, or color.
• QuarkXPress 4.01 or lower (Send original document & export as an EPS)
• Freehand 5 or 7 (Send original document & export as an EPS)
• Adobe Indesign CS (3P) or lower (Send original document & export as an EPS)
ARTWORK SENT VIA MAIL:
Artwork sent through regular mail must be sharp clear black and white artwork with no screens, shading or blurred
images. Also please avoid faxes, coloured artwork, or anything with very fine lines. Please follow these guidelines to
avoid costly art charges.

C.O.D. SHIPMENTS: Not Accepted
F.O.B.: Factory, Upstate New York and Texas.
We cannot be responsible for late delivery of items lost or damaged in transit.
All claims must be filed with carrier.
ROUTING: We will ship the best way available if you do not specify.
