majority of studies in Group Flow, social connection is identified in Group Flow. The under-
standing of role skill strengths and training how to use them in the group achieve are designed
to achieve that social connection in the ideal matching of role fits. Other Group Flow studies
measured peak performance resulting from Group Flow. The Late Shift game play results show-
ing the players strengths and gaps for handling volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous
(VUCA) situations are designed to work together in training to bring the best role skill strengths
together for VUCA situations to accelerate Group Flow. This is fundamental basics of matching
skills to challenges to achieve Flow and Group Flow with Koherence designed to show the prin-
ciples to use to maintain and build deep Group Flow.

Leadership has evolved over the 21 century from management of people in an organization to
inspiring those in the organization to work together to achieve the vision and values. The capa-
bility of leadership to understand Flow and enhance Group Flow and Koherence are keys to
bring team alignment, well-being, and peak performance. Using tools like Late Shift for fun and
immersive high- stake decision making to achieve understanding, empathy, resilience and well-
being for optimal Group Flow and Koherence are now a must have for leadership.
