CONCLUSION




                   The  Professional  Competency  Improvement  Project  offers AMF

                   Finance an  opportunity to transform its  workforce into a  more
                   professional,  efficient,  and  customer-focused  team.  This  tailored

                   programme ensures  that  AMF  achieves  both immediate behavioral

                   improvements  and long-term  cultural  change,  strengthening  its

                   market position as a customer-first financial institution.







                   We recommend  initiating this project with a  pilot batch of  30  staff

                   members  to ensure immediate  implementation  and measurable

                   results.  Based  on outcomes,  further rollouts can be conducted
                   branch-by-branch.
