The Marlowe Theatre
Named after Shakespeare’s contemporary, Christopher Marlowe, The Marlowe is award winning and one of the country’s leading theatres. It presents performances from the Royal Shakespeare Company, the National Theatre, and the Philharmonia Orchestra. If there’s one of your favourite comedians, plays, or musical acts making its way to The Marlowe, be sure to ask for a Discovery Ticket – sponsored by Caxtons Student Lettings – and enjoy full priced seats at a discounted price of just *£10.

Curzon Canterbury
Saving something for a rainy day, or evening? The Curzon Canterbury is a boutique cinema that features independent films from around the globe, as well as events such as live ballet, opera and theatre performances.
The Curzon Canterbury seats more than 200 and has three different cinema screens, as well as a bar and cafe. Student discount tickets are available.
Kent Country Cricket Club
Enjoy a spot of cricket in the summer months by heading to St Lawrence Ground to the Kent County Cricket Club. The club’s history dates back to 1842, and is one of the 18 first class county clubs in the country.
Tickets are affordable, and you can opt for either the Frank Woolley stand or uncovered terrace seating. If it’s a special occasion, you can even consider catering options for groups of more than 10 people, as well as make announcements over the PA at home matches!
