kitchen areas. By expanding the kitchen we will be able to provide the staff with additional prep and storage space, a walk in refrigerator/freezer, a space for staff meetings, and all new commercial equipment to help provide hundreds of meals five days a week. By combining the mini/weekend kitchen and the butler’s pantry we will be able to create a service area with pass through openings to the main kitchen. This will keep all of the food service in the kitchen area so that we can gain back the much needed seating space in the dining room. The renovated butler’s pantry will also serve as the chapter member’s mini/weekend kitchen and provide the necessary storage for our china, serving dishes and dining linens. This renovation is our opportunity to position Theta Xi for success for generations to come. For this exciting endeavor to be successful, we need each sister’s dedication and support. Make no mistake – we cannot succeed without your help! This is a large undertaking and in order to undergo this project and maintain a secure financial foundation for Theta Xi we must raise at least $500,000 and hopefully exceed it. For this reason we ask you to make the best possible pledge you are able to make, payable over five years. Together, we will help preserve our legacy and ensure that Tri Delta at USC will continue to prosper and Fight On!
