Century Campaign Races to the Finish Line with One Hurdle Still to Clear

allow our current actives to move in for the
fall 2018 semester. This will represent a full
one-year acceleration of the schedule we put
forth when we kicked off the formal cam-
     paign in 2015. Very nice!
On the fundraising front, as of 2017 year-end, 289 brothers have
pledged to the Campaign, totaling $2.053 million in funding. Thank
you, brothers, for your generous support of the Alpha Gamma Chapter
     Century Campaign!
At the start of 2017, we expected that this current fundraising
level would meet our minimum bank commitments. Unfortunately,
market conditions resulted in construction bids coming in higher than
expected. To bridge the difference, we have committed to the bank
that, upon campaign completion in fall 2018, we will achieve at least
$2.15 million in total pledges. ...But, $97,000 To Go.
So, the math is easy. We have a remaining gap of $97,000 to fill.
To make it happen, your volunteer team is pursuing two parallel paths
     of action.
First, we will be making final reach outs to those who have not yet pledged. At the who are able will also agree to stretch a bit further to help close the gap.

Second, we ask that existing donors consider increasing current pledges by 20 per- talents, and money to help get us to this point. In so many ways, this has been a living
