Alumni NEWS Gary L. Hames ’69 - Retired as Managing Partner for Northwestern Mutual Financial Network after 28 Sept. 5 - New Mexico State Aggies years. Still married to Debby after 43 years and at 69, I Sept. 12 - East Carolina Pirates am fortunate to have a 9 year old daughter Time: TBA named Keely. Nov. 21 - Florida Atlantic Owls John Sinclair ’38 George Barker ’59 John Riley ’74 Time: TBA Brother John Garner Riley, Jr. ’74 Nov. 28 - Florida State Seminoles Passed away in February of last year at Lakeland Regional Medical Time: TBA Center after a long battle with early onset Alzheimer’s disease, surrounded by his family. John was born in Lakeland on July 4, 1952. He attended all of his schooling in Lakeland and graduated from UF. He was vice-president of Gamma Xi while an active. John was Finance Manager for Ferman Motor Leasing in Tampa, Florida for many years. John, you will be missed but never forgotten.
