Chapter News Chapter: Devlin Shepherd Spotlight: This edition’s chapter Spotlight is on Devlin Chapter President’s Shepherd. From the hometown of Bridgeboro, PA, Devlin is scheduled to graduate from Tech Report this December with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and with a minor in Spanish. A legacy, Devlin’s older brother was a Delta Sig at the University of Maryland. Over the course of his time as an active chapter member, Devlin Brothers, has served as Vice President, and as Chairman for Homecoming, Greek Week, and the Family Relations Committee.
