Chameleons can move their eyes

in two different directions at the same

time. This helps them to spot their

enemies and their food. They eat bugs

and are famous for their ability to

change colour. As a chameleon grows,

its skin doesn’t. When it gets tight, they

lose it. Their old skin is quite tasty so

they often eat it. YUMMY! If you see a

chameleon sleeping during the day, or

with one or both eyes closed, then he

is sick. They never sleep during the

day.
