up. He earned a 4.0 GPA, en route to graduating Summa Cum Laude

from YSU in 2015, even while participating in YS baseball all four years.

He then brought his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

back to his family business, as a fourth generation co-owner of
Compco Industries. In addition to his career, he became a

Freemason in Ohio in 2017, and has pursued multiple leadership and

communication courses, including John Maxwell Executive Circle,

Rooftop Leadership, Business NLP Practitioner, and courses on
dynamic public speaking. In 2018, Brad married his college

sweetheart Ashley, and still finds time for golf, coaching baseball,

and travel. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED

conference format but independently organized by a local
community.
