                                 Corvette Style Master Cylinders
Dual reservoir master cylinders have 1" bores and outlet ports on both sides for easy plumbing and installation. Popular master cylinders are used with disc/ disc and disc/drum manual or power brake applications. Slotted mounting holes on 3-1/4" centers work well with Allstar brake boosters.

Plunger Style Brake Light Switch ALL76253
Popular two terminal brake light switch
found in most vehicles from the 1950’s
to today. Ideal for most applications,
switch is spring loaded to the on position and turns off when contacted by the brake pedal assembly. Switch has 1/2" threads with jam nuts for easy mounting in a bracket, and two .250" blade type terminals.
Lever Style Brake Light Switch ALL76250
Switch is commonly used with under-
floor mounted brake pedal assemblies when
switch can contact the brake pedal arm. Spring
loaded switch is designed to return to the open position and has two #10-32 tapped mounting holes, 5/8" on centers. Designed for easy two wire connection, one "+" supply and the other to power brake lights or a brake light relay. Switch is rated at 4.5 amps and features two male bullet terminals.

Master cylinder with large 1-1/4" bore
works well on vehicles that require
increased volume for proper braking
or as an option when experiencing excessive
pedal travel with standard 1" bore Corvette style
master cylinders. Cast iron master cylinder features
a deep hole piston for use with manual or power brakes. Front brake port accepts 3/16" steel brake line with 3/8"-24 inverted flare nut. Rear brake port accepts 1/4" steel brake line with 1/2"-20 flare nut (using included adapter) or 9/16"- 18 flare nut by removing adapter.
Master Cylinder Adapter Fittings ALL41012
Fittings adapt master cylinders or combination valves with 1/2"-20 and 9/16"-18 ports to accept 3/16" inverted flare brake line with standard 3/8"- 24 fittings. Kit includes one of each fitting.

threads and are often used to connect the brake pedal to the master cylinder or booster using a female rod end or a clevis.

pressure (60-120 PSI). Designed for easy

Brake Pedal Clevis ALL41026
Description
Residual check valves hold a small
amount of pressure in the brake system
to keep the brake system functioning
properly while helping to maintain a firm
pedal. Maintaining system pressure pre-
vents fluid from returning to the master cylin-
der when the master cylinder is positioned lower than or close to the same height as the calipers or wheel cylinders. Proper system pressure also keeps piston and wheel cylinder seals ex- panded, creating a positive seal and brake pads seated against the rotor. Valves include two 3/16" inverted flare fittings.

of a rear proportioning valve
and built-in pressure activated
brake light switch. The propor-
tioning valve may be adjusted
to limit rear brake pressure to help prevent rear brake lock-up. Block ports have 3/8"-24 threads that accept 3/16" inverted flare style fittings. Block includes installation instructions, fit- tings, pigtail wiring harness and boot.

 Clevis fastens to the brake pedal arm to accept a threaded rod extension or power brake booster pushrod. Clevis is threaded for a 3/8"-24 rod and has a 3/8" pin.

High-impact plastic remote reservoirs simplify brake bleeding, especially when master cylin- der is mounted low in the chassis. Available with single or dual outlet and may be connect- ed to master cylinder with a 5/16" hose.
