Replacement Oil Pump Pressure Relief Springs
Melling offers the engine builder or racer the option to increase or reduce the engine oil pressure with replacement bypass springs for small block and big block Chevrolet oil pumps. Package of 5 springs and replacement dowel pins.
 Innovative, helical asymmetrical steel gears offer
increased efficiency, consuming less horsepower
than conventional pumps and reducing load on
the distributor, for less spark scatter and distribu-
tor gear wear. Constructed from billet aluminum,
pumps require less time to prime and operate up
to 70% smoother with less pressure pulsing. Include pickup, chrome moly driveshaft, oil pump stud, and nut.
