Economy Power Steering Tank with Bracket
ALL36130
Aluminum tank has no internal baffles and is 8" tall overall by 3" in diam-
eter with a -6AN return fitting on the side and a -10AN fitting on the bot-
tom. A mounting bracket for 1-3/4" round tubing is included.
Steering Wheel Disconnects
Disconnects allow easy instal-
lation and removal of three
bolt-style steering wheels, often
used to ease the entering and exiting
of vehicles. Quick-release aluminum steering wheel hub mates to a steel coupler, which is welded to a standard 3/4" steering shaft.

Brackets secure 3" or 3-1/2" diameter power steering tanks to round tubing, or flat surfaces such as firewalls. Tanks fasten to brackets with hose clamps or band clamps (not included).

assembly to connect steering wheel to steering box or rack and pinion. ALL52132 oversized rod end is commonly used to support steering shaft. Consult sanctioning rules to verify proper installation when building a steering assembly.

“Double D” Steering Shafts
Solid steel shaft has the appearance of
two D‘s stacked back to back when viewed
from the end or simply a 3/4" round shaft
with flats on opposite sides. Often used
with stock-type couplers, this shaft can be used in assemblies without welding. Commonly connected to U-joints using a
set screw, the shaft should be dimple drilled to help pilot set screws and help prevent the assembly from sliding apart. ALL52132 oversized rod end is commonly used to support steering shaft. Consult sanctioning rules to verify proper instal- lation when building a steering assembly.
