Aluminum SB Chevy “Short-Style” Water Pump

Popular “short-style” water pump that was originally used on pre-1969 SB Chevrolets. Pumps are built using all new components and
an aluminum body for added weight sav- ings over original cast iron pumps. Pump features a
3/4” main shaft and bearings with a 5/8” pilot and a billet steel hub drilled
for both small and
large fan bolt pat-
terns, making this a
good choice for street and mild performance vehicles. Block mount to fan hub dimension is 5-5/8". This pump is not recommended for use with mechanical fans over 5,000 RPM. Above this RPM, use the ALL31105 pump with a 3/4" shaft/bearing. Note: Water pump may need to be clearanced for use with 8" dampers.

“Corvette-Style” Water Pumps
Aluminum “Corvette-style” water pump was originally used on 1971- 82 SB Chevy Corvettes but is now used throughout the motorsports industry. Uses all-new components and an aluminum body for weight savings over original cast iron pumps. Features a 3/4" main shaft and bearings with a 3/4" pilot and a billet steel hub that has a set screw retainer for use on high-RPM applications. Block mount to fan hub dimension is 5-13/16". Note: Water pumps may need to be clear- anced for use with 8" dampers.
Higher cooling system pressure raises the boiling point of coolant
to reduce the risk of overheating. Standard size caps fit 2-1/8" O.D. x 3/4" deep necks unless otherwise noted. Recovery system caps allow coolant to exit the cooling system into an overflow or recovery bottle as coolant heats and expands. As the system cools, recovery system caps will draw coolant back in to keep the cooling system full. Non-recovery system caps allow coolant to exit the system, but do not draw coolant back into the system.

* Warning: High-pressure radiator caps are made for use on race vehicles only. Do not use these caps on passenger vehicle cars with stock-type radiators. It is recommended to pressure test the complete cooling system to the maximum level of pressure indicated on the cap. Failure to test cool- ing system to the proper pressure prior to installing the cap may result in damage to the cooling system or bodily injury.
Radiator Air Scoop for Sprint Car
Scoop fastens around a tube or the front cross member of most chassis to maximize airflow through the radiator, increase cooling effi- ciency and at the same time, create down force. Black plastic scoop is a universal design that will fit a variety of cars and the aluminum scoop is designed for most raised rail cars. Scoop is commonly fastened to the chassis with quick-turn fasteners.
