What You Can Do?





                                                              Keeping  all  the  latest  information  in  check  on
                                                              the COVID-19 is the first thing to do in order to
                                                              protect yourself. There are a number of things that
                                                              you can do in order to reduce the chances of getting
                                                              infected.
                                                              1. Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands using
                                                              either  an  alcohol  based  hand  rub  or  wash  them
                                                              using soap and water. This will kill all the  virus on
                                                              that may be on your hands.
                                                              2.  Maintain  a  social  distance  of  about  1  meter
                                                              distance between you and anybody who might be
                                                              showing  any  symptoms.  If  they  are  infected  you
                                                              might inhale the droplets if you are too close.
                                                              3.  Avoid  touching  eyes,  mouth  or  nose.  Hands
                                                              might have traces of virus that might enter in your
                                                              body through eyes, nose or mouth and make you
                                                              sick.
                                                              4. Cover your nose with either a bent elbow or a
                                                              tissue when you cough or sneeze. Dispose the tissue
                                                              immediately after use.
                                                              5.  Stay  Home.  Step  out  only  when  it  is  very
                                                               necessary.
                                                              6. In case you have any symptoms like fever, cough,
                                                              difficulty breathing, it is important to seek medical
                                                              attention.  Quick  action  on  these  symptoms  can
                                                              help the health provider to direct you to the right
                                                              health facility.


            Are You Washing Your Hands
                           Properly?



            Step 1:Wet hands with running water
            Step 2: Apply enough soap to cover wet hands
            Step  3:  Scrub  all  surfaces  of  the  hands  –
            including back of hands, between fingers and
            under nails – for at least 20 seconds
            Step 4: Rinse thoroughly with running water
            Step 5: Dry hands with a clean cloth or single-
            use towel
            Wash  your  hands  often,  especially  before
            eating;  after  blowing  your  nose,  coughing,
            or  sneezing;  and  going  to  the  bathroom.  If
            soap and water are not readily available, use
            an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least
            60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap
            and water, if hands are visibly dirty.
