difficulties or delays in distributing Tablets, even refurbished, to
students in rural areas.
Lack of a coherent rural digitization program
impossibility of ensuring connection costs to the E-Learning
platform in rural areas
As we have the ability to talk to Governments in Africa, and being an
actor in the ICT/Telecommunication field, we may overcome these
hurdles, as following:
Advertising in pan-African journals which countries have already
embarked on the project, thus creating a climate of competition.
Describing the progress of the project in each country, giving
progressively the rate of internet penetration in the country.
providing for rewards by ranking in the completion of the project
asking the NGOs of the African continent to participate in the
provision of technical equipment in rural areas
Asking elected officials from different rural areas to equip their
schools
Encouraging different countries to request assistance from
UNESCO, the World Bank and Regional Institutions.
Informing governments of the advancement of space technology
and its impact on the development of their various countries.
