1. Why safety to be put first?
It helps to run site in safe condition, and if we put safety first then it doesn't allow to work in any unsafe
condition which leads to a safe work environment and a zero accident/incident work.

2. Describe your individual contributions to improve safety in the site in overall?
My contribution to improve safety at site is to train worker and aware them about their work hazards.I personally
ensure that all workers should have and wear their PPEs at work.
3. What all are the important factors for a safe operation/ Safe Site?
1. Use tools, equipment, and machinery properly.
2. Avoid unsafe conditions.
3. Use all necessary safety equipment's (PPEs)
4. Keep your workplace clear from Scraps
5. Stay hydrated.
6. Practice good posture
7. Take regular breaks.

4. Is training an important tool for safety, how?
Yes, it helps workers to get the knowledge and awareness of safety hazards and how to do the work in safe
condition.
5. How you feel when you rewarded as the HSE champion?
It shows my work towards safety is good and I'll try to improve my work culture to be the best towards safety.

6. Why reporting & investigating incidences importance?
It helps us not to repeat and to know the exact cause of incidence.It helps us to improve or to control the unsafe act
in future.
7. How work permit system ensures safe operation?
The permit issuer will check the checklist points whether it's been done or not, if all checklists criteria meets at site
then only permit will be issued.
8. Why employee welfare is important for any organization?
It helps employee to feel secure and work freely and they'll give their best for the organization with safe
environment.

9. How to you find the support by MPW in executing the work in safe way?
MPW is always conscious about safe environment, and they are always present for stopping any unsafe work and
give them a pep talk which leads to execute the work in safe way

10. Any suggestion for improving safety in the site?
Labour shed and drinking water points needed.
