HELEN A. HUBLER (NANA) CINNAMON FLOPS

        Ingredients
        1 ½ cup sugar
        6 tablespoons butter

        1 ½ cup milk
        3 cups flour
        2 ½ tablespoons baking powder

        TOPPING:

        1/2 cup brown sugar
        3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
        2 tablepoons melted butter

        Instructions
Mix ingredients together. Pour into greased and floured pound cake pan and then
add topping. Bake at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes but test to see if done.

This recipe came from my Nana’s cookbook. The original recipe called for an egg shape
of butter and sweet milk. There is a recipe that is for half of this recipe that calls for an
English walnut size butter. I believe that because of the recipe’s name you might be able

to drop large spoonfuls of batter onto a flat pan and make little cake / cookies.
