Quality Assurance (QA) team – these experts coordinate, verify and finalize all necessary documentation to minimize the workload of our clients and assure quality control in our work product. In addition, these individuals provide post settlement assistance, including address changes, beneficiary changes and questions concerning annuity payments. The Corporate Services team also works with our consultants and clients to design and provide presentations and customized management reports to assist the client in tracking all open and settled cases.
Highly Experienced Consultants and Case Managers: The average experience level of an Arcadia Consultant is 15 years, while the average experience level of an Arcadia Case Manager is 11 years. Arcadia Settlements Group is an organization of professionals with specialized backgrounds in medical malpractice and casualty claims, workers’ compensation, commercial liability claims, aviation risks, toxic torts, railroad and transportation claims, law and finance. Our well-seasoned and well-trained structured settlement consultants offer a unique and valued dimension to the defense settlement effort. Proprietary Case Management System: Arcadia owns a proprietary case management system, (EDISONTM), developed specifically for our industry providing enhanced case tracking, document preparation, and client reporting. Clients are able to quickly gain visibility into how our services are adding value for them.
Proprietary Quoting Software: Arcadia developed and launched a proprietary trademarked quoting software known as Integrated QuotingTM. IQTM allows Arcadia employees to quote multiple life companies simultaneously for a specific target benefit stream, freeing their time to better serve their clients. This revolutionary tool greatly reduces errors in the quoting process while increasing the speed at which our brokers can generate settlement illustrations under time constraints at settlement conferences.
