In 1998, those three firms merged to form EPS Settlements Group. We are proud that the founding fathers of this industry are now working together in one firm and continue to set the standards for the structured settlements industry. In 2017, EPS underwent rebranding and emerged with an official name change to Arcadia Settlements Group.
Our goal as a company is to meet the standards set forth in our mission statement: “A more secure future for all.”
