SVMIC Hospitalists - Risks When You’re the Doctor in the House
on August 4th. Dr. Murphy’s August 4th note observed
decreased neurologic function, but referenced that the
MRI was essentially unchanged and that there was no
definite compression. One hour later, however, Dr. Turner
ordered an emergent transfer.
Mr. Jones was transferred to University Hospital. He died
four months later.
