1. Enter the Journal ID or enter the Entered By Login ID (Emory Network ID).
2. Click the Journal Header Status down arrow and select the blank option at the top of the

list.
3. Click the Search button.

The page displays all transactions that are editable. They may be in denied or unsubmitted status. To locate the reason
a report is denied, click the Online Journal Entry link you need to investigate.

4. Click the Approval tab.

5. Click the View Approval/Denial Comments link to review the denied reason.
