Surplus Submission Form

How do I Submit an Item to Surplus Property?

Overview

Selected individuals will have access to submit department property to Surplus using the Emory Express
Surplus Submission Form. Once approved, Surplus Property will contact the designated individual to schedule
removal of the items.

While computer accessories are permissible on the Emory Express Surplus Submission Form, computers are not authorized for
disposal through Emory Express. Computers should be disposed through your local IT support for proper data removal.

Completing the Surplus Submission Form

1. Review the Instructions on submitting requests through Emory Express and click the Next
button.

1. Enter the Form Name. The Form Name allows you to locate your request on future form searches.
2. Click the Next button.
