Reviewing Transactions in the Approvals WorkCenter Dashboard
WorkCenter Navigation Features
When you access a specific transaction type within Approvals WorkCenter, the transactions pending your approval display to the
right. You may view transactions as presented or use the Compass table icons to locate and sort transactions.

1. View All / View 100 (not shown) – the View All / View 100 link expands the list from the
Compass Default of 10 transactions per page to up to 100 transactions per page. When
searching for a specific transaction, the View All link provides less Compass pages to access and review.
2. First / Last – the First / Last links and arrows allow you to navigate to another page list
when applicable. Inactive links indicate a Previous or Last Page do not exist.
3. Click on the Table Header to sort by ascending order. Click on the Table Header twice to
sort by descending order.
