Request a Residual Transfer


        11. * Enter the Award Begin Date.

        12. * Enter the Award End Date.

        13. * Enter the Total Cash Received over the life of the Award/Contract.

        14. * Enter the Total Expenses incurred over the life of the Award/Contract.

        15.  Enter the cash balance in GL Account “11000”.
        16. * Enter the amount to be transferred to department.

        17. * Enter the SpeedType of the School/Department receiving residual balance transfer.

        18. * Enter a reason for the transfer.

        19.  Enter any other additional information.

        20.  Click the Save button.

        21.  Click the Attachments tab.

            The Attachments information displays.

            1.  Click the Attach button to select any supporting documentation.
            2.  Enter a Description for the attachment.

            3.  Click the Form tab.

            The Request page displays.
