10. Enter a Percentage Pledged.
If split click the plus button. Repeat steps 17-19 NOTE: if split percentage pledged must always total to 100%.
11. Click the Save button.

13. Enter the Start Date of the Project as the Effective Date.
14. Select Location code.
15. Click Save.
D. Update Project Team
1. Click Project Team hyperlink.
