Capital Equipment Receiving
Receiving Capital Equipment
The Header Information section may be utilized when you are receiving a single piece of Capital Equipment, have multiple serial numbers (not shown), or serial numbers exceeding 12 characters. All singular serial numbers with 12 or less characters should be entered at the line level.
1. Click the Attach/Link button to attach the Capital Equipment packing list.
2. Enter supplement serial numbers or serial numbers exceeding 12 characters in Notes field.
3. Click the Show Receipt Details link to enter serial numbers with 12 or less characters.
