1. Enter singular serial numbers in the Asset Serial ID field.
Serial numbers may not exceed 12 characters. Numbers exceeding 12 characters will not populate correctly in the Asset Management module. Enter multiple serial numbers or numbers exceeding 12 characters in the Notes field.
2. Click the Attach/Link button to attach the Capital Equipment packing list. You do not have to attach it in the Line Details section if you have attached it at the Header Information section.
3. Enter supplement serial numbers or serial numbers exceeding 12 characters in Notes field. You do not have to enter serial numbers or serial numbers exceeding 12 characters in the Line Details section if you have entered the information at the Header Information section.
4. Enter the Quantity of the items you have received.
5. Click the Save Updates button.
6. Click the Complete button.
